We have been keeping pretty quiet here at OKH HQ, but we have a bunch of announcements today!
Cornelia accidentally pumped out a few too many owls in the owl factory this month, so we are very happy to announce the Great Owl Sale!
All owls are $40 off (now $70 AUD), and you can choose your new little owl friend in our Etsy store.
The sale is only on for a limited time, and will end on the 30th of June, so make sure to check it out before then!
We are pleased to announce that we are almost ready to draw our facebook competition! You have one week left to like us on facebook to go in the draw for a prize pack worth $100, yay! So get liking and tell your friends to like us too!
Also, we regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control, the pop-up market event scheduled for this weekend has been cancelled. We are sorry for any sadness this may cause!

We went to Tasmania and had a great time at Fullers. Check out our Gallery to see a couple of snaps from our holiday. We were so impressed by the little owlets made by our audience in Launceston. Check out what a good job they did!

Cat and Isobel are flying off to Tasmania tomorrow for a couple of special launches at Fullers bookshops in Hobart and Launceston. We’re bringing a few bits and pieces we used to make the book and will be talking about what we do and how we do it!
The Hobart event is 5.30pm, Thursday May 17th at 131 Collins St, Hobart. Tickets are $5 and can be reserved through the Fullers website.
The Launceston event is at 2pm, Saturday May 19th at 93 John St, Launceston. This is a free event – check out their event listing for a special offer.
So if you live in Tasmania, hopefully we’ll see you soon!

Last night our friend Pauline opened her seasonal yarn shop, Pop Craft, in the Harvest Workroom in East Brunswick. If you’re thinking about taking up knitting this winter, Pop Craft should be your first port of call! Pauline has curated a weekly window display Owl Know How is in there for the first one. We have installed some of the dioramas from the No-Vacancy exhibition and have all the Owl Know How products available including the book. Do drop by and visit the shop! It’s open Wednesday til Sunday 11am-5.30pm.

It’s really happening. We’re launching the book!
We are unbelievably excited to finally be able to share it with everyone. The exhibition is up at No Vacancy Project Space and we are really happy with how it all looks.
We have books for sale, owls and limited edition prints, special brooches made for us by Lost In The Woods and a few other bits and pieces.
We hope you can come and see the show and celebrate with us. We’ll be in the gallery all weekend if you’d like to come and say hello.
